ADMISSIONS GROUP VISIT REQUEST

Thank you for your interest in bringing a group to visit UW-Stout!


We will do our best to accommodate your requests, but sometimes there are limitations due to time constraints, limited resources, and staff schedules. We will follow-up with you shortly after we receive this form and look forward to coordinating your UW-Stout visit!


Please note: The final day for spring semester group visits is May 7. We also welcome group visits during the summer.

Areas of Interest
A standard group visit is about 2 hours long and includes an admissions presentation (45-60 min.) and campus walking tour (45-60 min.). 

Group Visit Dates and Times

Please allow 2 weeks advanced notice.




Student Information
We recommend 1 chaperone per 10 students.
Please limit to Grades 9th-12th.
